The Process

After our initial meeting and we decide to go ahead with plans. Two wedding packages will be presented for choice. Sign a simple service agreement. Privacy Policy too.
A 20 % deposit is required based on your choice of package (payable to 7 days to I DO Marrriages , and Life Celebrations. The 80% balance is due two weeks before the ceremony)
Legal documentation will be presented and discussed

- Package selection affirmed, queries discussed
- Your Identification documents/paperwork needed here
- We will sign a NOTICE OF INTENTION of MARRIAGE. (NOIM)
- (as per the requirement for marriage application via the Attorney General’s Office).
- Ongoing communication discussed
Depending on the period until your wedding day. We will schedule an online meeting to touch base and see that plans are progressing.

- Everything is now planned to your upmost satisfaction. Your ceremony is well organized, looking amazing and getting close. Excitement plus!
- Please pay the 80% balance now
This is an important part of the planning, to ensure a successful issue free ceremony.
A couple of legal marriage documents need to be signed as close to the ceremony as possible. The rehearsal time is perfect for this.
This time also helps to build your excitement and hopefully puts you at ease with the events on your special day..
At last it is here! All the planning is done and time for action and celebration.
I will arrive at the venue 1 hour before to ensure liaison between all parties, so that your day flows smoothly and without any challenges.
Together with your family and friends we will enjoy being part of your most beautiful and memorable day.
