Planning your Ceremony

Planning Your Marriage Ceremony- What’s involved”?

Hello there and welcome to my planning page. This is where I provide you with the basic details needed to start organizing your ceremony. Stepping it out helps to ensure nothing is forgotten and also makes your special day beautifully memorable. I love helping couples to plan and organize their ceremonies. S0, I believe you are at the right place.

Let's get started. During our first contact (whether by phone. messenger or email) we will share a few details including your planned wedding date and venue. We will plan an obligation free meeting at a venue of your choice. Coffee or wine? Up to you! This face-to-face meetup is to see if we "marry up" and I am the Celebrant you are looking for. At this time, I can give you the required paperwork and we can check it against your ID documents next meeting.  If you decide I am your Celebrant, then we can move ahead. you will be able to explore my two packages here on my website and select one. If these packages are not a perfect fit, then let's talk.

Our second meeting- we check your completed NOIM as well as your ID documents. A Birth Certificate or extract and a Driver's License are useful for photo ID, address and DOB. An Australian/overseas passport is useful for your address and date of birth. If there have been previous marriages, then the appropriate paperwork is needed.

During this meeting we will discuss your selected package and what type of vibe you want to have for your ceremony. We will discuss, script writing, traditions and customs. Any questions. Let's ask here!
From here we will keep in contact via phone, email or Zoom. Anything that needs adjustment happens over this time.

The Rehearsal generally happens the eve before the wedding at the venue, but the date can be changed to suit. We need to sign a couple of the documents at this time (as close to the ceremony as possible).
Finally, your special day is here. I will arrive an hour before the ceremony to ensure all is in order and to reduce stress.
Your beautifully planned ceremony goes without a hitch, and I am now so happy to introduce the happy married couple Mt and Mrs... to family and friends.

Congratulations and thank you for allowing me to be a part of your most special day.
